We currently have a nice selection of the books appearing on the New York Times Best-Seller List.  We strive to keep the Library shelf-list fresh and current.  If you want a particular title, we will try to order it for our collection and if that is not possible, we will try to secure it from Interlibrary Loan sources.

 Library Staff  feels it is very important to instill a love of books and reading in our youth.  For this reason, our Children's Librarian goes all out for the kids programs.  These programs, for the school term, are constructed so that the children can have fun and enjoy coming to the Library.  Hopefully this will become a lifelong habit; reading is a pleasurable past-time and a necessity in the pursuit of knowledge.

Our Summer Reading program gives the youth of the community a chance for entertainment, learning and reading for awards in a safe atmosphere.  We have five (5) computers just for games and they do not have access to the internet.  Children, with parental consent, may use the public computers that have Internet access.  We have twelve computers dedicated for Internet access and a time limit of one(1) hour use per person unless they have made prior arrangements due to circumstances which would require additional computer time.

Please, only one person per computer and remember to be respectful of others.
